  There are an amazing number of food choices available to visitors at Jianghan Road. Everyday, more than 1,000 people buy Sheng Jian Bao, a kind of pan-fried bread stuffed with pork and sold at Louie's Sheng Jian Bao Restaurant. "every once and a while, I'll introduce myself to someone, and they'll say, hey, you're that Jacques guy. I guess my name is getting around."
  Jaques Oliver Ramponi, the owner of Louie's Sheng Jian Bao Restaurant, has a bachelor's degree in traditional Chinese medicine. After getting married with a Chinese girl, he fell in love with Sheng Jian Bao. An old friend of him, who is a Wuhan man, planed to run a Sheng jian Bao restaurant with Jacques, that's where the story started. Now, Jacques and his restaurant have become famous in Wuhan.
