　　铁人三项比赛按照游泳、自行车、跑步三个项目依次进行，中间不能停顿，一项比赛到达终点后，在换项区换项，然后立即进入下一项比赛的起点。

　　Triathlon sport has three races: swimming, cycling, and running with no pause in the middle. When athletes reach the finishing line of one race, they prepare in the transition area and then immediately enter the starting point of the next.
