Main project works and construction scale:
WNP Bonded Port Park Area, located in Yangluo port area's inland, is projected for approval as the first national level comprehensive bonded-area in Yangtz River middle reaches and Central China, for handling the bonded-park's accommodation of foreign-sourced goods, in practices that the bonded goods entering into the domestic market for sale is treated with customs clearance as required by relevant regulatory rules, of custom duties imposed appropriately per status of the goods, that the domestic products entering into the bonded-area is treated as exportation, applicable of tax-refund; and that the domestic enterprises therein trading goods one with the other is exempted from value-added tax and consumption tax. The bonded park area is planned of land use 7,500 mu in area.
Estimated investment and fund source
Total project investment in estimation: 10 billion yuan, which is financed by the new port special subsidy fund and enterprise self-raised fund.

Reducing cost and improving efficiency in logistics operation.
Present status of work proceeding
The project planning under way now, projected of construction commencement in 2010 and completion in 2012.
