    武英高速至平江路连接线起于汉施公路平江路口，贯穿阳逻工业区，接武英高速公路。该路计划按一级公路兼顾城市主干道I级建设，长10.6公里。

    项目估算总投资10亿元。资金来源为：新港专项补助资金和企业自筹资金。
预期经济社会效益
    是阳逻港区和阳逻工业区连接高速路网，向安徽方向的重要疏港公路。
项目目前进展情况
    工可审批。计划2010年开工建设，2011年建成。

Main project works and construction scale:
　　Wuying Express Highway~Pingjiang Road linkage road, having its start-point at Hanshi Highway's Pingjiang Road intersection and running through Yangluo Industrial Area leading to Wuying Express Highway, is schemed a Class I highway in planning which is constructed concurrently as a Class I urban trunk road in local area, of road length 10.6 km.

Estimated investment and fund source
　　Total project investment in estimation: 1 billion yuan, which is financed by the new port special subsidy fund and enterprise self-raised fund.

Expected economy and social benefits
　　Constituting an important port-diverting road leading to Anhui-forward areas in its capacity as the linkage of Yangluo Port Area and Yangluo Industrial Area with the highway road network.

Present status of work proceeding
　　Presently staged at feasibility study approval procedure, projected of construction commencement in 2010 and completion in 2011.

Investment mode
　　Tendering procedure through public bidding the project enterprise corporate proceeds, of BT mode.
