    项目分二期建设。一期建设1座集装箱码头、1座重杂件码头，1个物流配送货场，1个物流园区；二期建设包装加工区，物流配送车队和设备厂等设施。年货物仓储周转量240万吨、港口吞吐量450万吨（远期600万吨）、粮油深加工24万吨、数据库容量40TB。
投资估算：
    10亿元。
预期经济和社会效益：
    预计营运收入5亿元，创利1亿元，创税2000万元。

　　Duoluokou Port Logistics Distribution Center serving Dongxihu areas, and radiating towards Wuhan, Hubei and East China areas.

Project enterprise corporate:
　　Central China Shipping Group Company

Project works and construction scale:
　　a project by 2 stages, the first stage: 1 container berth, 1 heavy break-bulk cargo berth, 1 logistics distribution fright yard, and 1 logistics park; the second stage: parking processing operation area, logistics distribution motorcades, equipment plants, and other facilities; schemed of annual goods storage turnover 2.4 million ton, port handling capacity 4.5 million ton (6 million ton in long term), grain/oil deep processing capacity 240,000 ton, and data base capacity 40 TB.

Estimated investment:
　　1 billion yuan

Construction period:
　　year 2010 - 2013

Expected economic and social benefits:
　　expected operation revenue 500 million yuan, profit 100 million yuan, and tax payment 20 million yuan.
